SERVICES
Services are provided during normal business hours in CST or CDT hours in the USA 9AM-5PM.
Please choose the services that best serve your business needs, if you decide that you would like to change services, you may do so.
Note, that changing your service might require for you to pay an activation fee of $199, this might not be necessary as it depends upon the service you are changing to.
An Emergency, when a link is discovered to be broken, dead or rotten and or disconnected, it become an emergency because an online business is open 24hours. Our Link Tech will make your business emergency SIMONE’s priority and jump you straight in front of the line.
Start of Services next day if payment is cleared before 12pm. CST OR CDT otherwise the very next business day, excluding national holidays where the next business day after the holiday.
- Expedited Service $150 same business day before 5pm CST or CDT.
FEES & PAYMENTS
Account Set-Up Fee is $199 and the account has to remain active.
Payment is required in full and in advance before services can start.
Payment is due on the 28th of each month and not on the 1st of each month.
Late Payment Penalty is $50 for the up to the 7th and there after $100 up to the 30th day. After the 30th day the account become inactive.
Start of Services is the next day if payment is cleared before 12pm. CST OR CDT otherwise the very next business day, excluding national holidays where are the next business day after the holiday.
Due to the economic downturn and fraud SIMONE have no other choice to ask for direct payments, no credit cards.
- SIMONE requires clients to set-up automatic payments.
Reactivation fee of $100 is required for all accounts that have been inactive for more than 30 days up to 180 days, after 180 days of in-activeness, an Account Set-Up will be required.
